　　2024年1月13日，香港国际青年电影节协会、香港国际文化艺术交流中心主办，中国香港(地区)商会等机构支持的香港国际青年电影节协会五周年庆典暨第四届亚洲华语电影节、第三届亚洲影视媒体行业峰会、一带一路世界文化艺术节系列活动在中国澳门成功举办。

　　Jan. 13,2024, the 5thAnniversary Celebration of the Hongkong International Youth Film Festival Association and the 4thAsia Chinese Film Festival, the 3rdAsia Film, TV & Media Industry Summit and the the Belt and Road World CultureArt Festival, sponsored by the Hongkong International Youth Film Festival Associationand the Hongkong International Culture &ArtsExchange Center, and supported by Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China and other institutions, were successfully held in Macao, China.

　　活动主题为“新时代，新青年，新使命，新担当”，包括星光红毯、开幕剪彩、主办方致辞、项目推介、荣誉嘉宾致辞、亚洲华语电影节颁奖典礼、亚洲影视媒体行业峰会颁奖典礼、香港国际文化艺术交流中心“一带一路世界文化艺术节”展示推介、庆典晚宴、荣誉主席聘任、非遗才艺展示等环节。活动全程安排紧凑、紧扣主题，期望通过国际化的影视文化交流活动，讲好中国故事、香港故事，促进香港中外文化艺术交流中心建设。

　　The theme of this activity is ‘New Era, New Youth, New Mission, New Responsibility’, whichincludes Starlight Red-carpet, opening Ribbon Cutting, Host Organization's speech, Project promotion, Honorary Guest's Speech, Asia Chinese Film Festival &Asia Film, TV & Media Industry Summit Award Ceremony, Hongkong International Culture &ArtsExchange Center‘the Belt and Road World Cultural and Art Festival’promotion, CelebrationDinner, Honorary Chairman Appointment,the Exhibition of Intangible Cultural Heritage Talents and other activities are arranged compactly and closely related to the theme.It is expected that through international film& TVcultural exchanges, tell the stories of China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region well, and promote the construction of the Hong Kong International Cultural and Art Exchange Center.

　　开幕红毯环节，影视、文化及政商各界达人齐聚，《慧能前传》、《冥绝村》、《新来那小子》、《珊瑚她在等》、《大海的孩子》、《Macau的女儿》等数十个剧组主创逐一走上红毯，走出了华语电影人电影人的风采，也展现了中外青年电影人的友谊。

　　During the opening red carpet segment, experts from various fields such as film, television, culture, and politics gathered. Dozens of film crew members, including, , , , , , stepped onto the red carpet one by one, showcasing the charm of Chinese language filmmakers and showcasing the friendship between young filmmakers from both China and abroad.

　　At the opening ribbon cutting ceremony, Ms. Wu Xiaoli, a representative of the National People's Congress and President of the Macau Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Ms. Xiao Huijun, a member of the Election Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Honorary President of Hong Kong Chamber of Commercein China, and Honorary President of the Hong Kong International Youth Film Festival Association, Mr. Gao Tianci, a member of the Legislative Council of the Macau Special Administrative Region, Ms. Shan Taosi, Chairman of the Portuguese Overseas Chinese Committee in Asia and Oceania,Ms. Kuang Zishan, Director of Golden Diamond Jewelry Co., Ltd.andMs. Hou Mutian,Chairman of the Macau Shibang Furniture and Building Materials City, Honorary President of the Hong Kong International Youth Film Festival Association,and Mr. Yi Cheng, Founder of the Hong Kong International Youth Film Festival Association and the Hong Kong International Culture &ArtsExchange Center, jointly cut the ribbon.During the toasting session, Mr. Yi Cheng delivered a toast, wishing the country and Hong Kong and Macau SAR to become better and better. 　　In the Opening Speech of the Organizer, Mr. Yi Cheng gave a detailed introduction to the development process of the Hong Kong International Youth Film Festival Association over the past five years. He thanked the on-site guests and young filmmakers for their support, and also showcased the event's ideas for future internationalization and branding development.

　　Honorary Guest Ms. Shan Taosi delivered a speech congratulating the Association on its successful 5th anniversary celebration and the 4th AsiaChinese Film Festival seriesActivities. She also hopes that more local young filmmakers from Macau will participate in the event, and will bring filmmakers from Asia and Oceania to participate in the festival in the future.

　　Honorary Guest Ms. Xiao Huijun delivered a speech, suggesting that everyone work together to make greater contributions to the development of the International Youth Film Festival Association and the promotion of Chinese language film culture, and work together to meet the challenges and opportunities brought by the ‘New Era, New Youth, New Missionand New Responsibility’.

　　第四届亚洲华语电影节及第三届亚洲影视媒体行业峰会颁奖典礼环节，重量级奖项花落各家，影视及媒体人收获满满;聘任仪式环节，香港国际青年电影节协会特聘崔晓峰先生为第四届亚洲华语电影节荣誉主席;一带一路世界文化艺术节非物质文化遗产川剧变脸表演，展示了年轻人对艺术的传承与发展。

　　During the Awards Ceremony of the 4th Asia Chinese Film Festival and the 3rd Asia Film, TV & Media Industry Summit, heavyweight awards were presented, and film, TV and Media professionals received abundant rewards. During the appointment ceremony, Mr. Cui Xiaofeng was specially appointed as the Honorary Chairman of the 4th Asia ChineseFilm Festival by the Hong Kong International Youth Film Festival Association. The face changing performance of Sichuan Opera, the intangible cultural heritage of the the Belt and Road World Culture and Art Festival, shows the inheritance and development of art by young people.
